What are your standard shipping timelines across India?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2-4 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions, depending on the shelf-life and perishability of the specific product.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) for all orders?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. You can also choose from various secure prepaid options including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking for a contactless experience.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a full replacement or refund.
